Amy is an expert in Design Thinking; she is the founder and Managing Director of CaaS, a digital transformation consulting firm, and also the Partner of White Knight investment.

Amy practices Service Design methodologies in collecting customer insights and develop innovative concepts for corporation and startups. Previously, Amy was Group Director of Fjord Hong Kong (Part of Accenture Interactive) and she led Digital Transformation Programs to help clients transform their businesses; her clients include banking, insurance, automobile, telecommunication, and retail industry.
