Ms. Jelly ZHOU is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer (Hong Kong) of Hong Kong Television Network Limited. Jelly joined the Group as a management trainee and held numerous positions from telecommunications, multimedia and eCommerce businesses that she possesses extensive experience in marketing, business development, customer services, content distribution and partnership and production administration.

Currently, Jelly is responsible for the overall operations on sales and marketing, O2O shop management, customer services, fulfilment and logistics of the Group’s digital ecosystem, namely HKTVmall.
